The team, comprising Q-graders and coffee processing experts, is committed to ethical practices, quality control, and the well-being of everyone in the coffee supply chain. Their core mission is to consistently and sustainably improve Yunnan coffee quality, sharing this journey with the global community.

This offering is a testament to their meticulous processing methods. Fully ripe coffee cherries from high-altitude regions in Mangshi, Dehong, are selected and subjected to a controlled semi-anaerobic fermentation, inoculated with an activated yeast.
